We’re trying to bring in a bit of science with this week’s craft! Kids use a base (baking soda) and an acid (tea) to write and reveal invisible ink.
Why?
Because it’s cool!
No really… because how do we explain to kids that sometimes we can’t see graces (like the graces of baptism) but they are there? Well, the ink “disappears” as it dries. And it is revealed by the acidic tea.
